Born and raised in North County San Diego, Nic is focused on assisting clients who seek to exchange, liquidate and/or expand their portfolios. Prior to joining ACRE, Nic spent over seven years at a national brokerage firm in San Diego. With a ground-up education as a financial analyst and 12 years experience as a Investment sales specialist, Nic has represented both institutional and private clients in closing over $500 million in transaction volume.
In his free time, Nic enjoys surfing, golf, tennis and spending time outdoors with his wife and two boys.
