A self-described “student of the business”, Bill began his real estate career at a corporate brokerage firm where, after a decade of top level production, he founded ACRE Investment Real Estate Services. By providing unmatched marketing strategies, unparalleled market experience and comprehensive knowledge of the capital markets, The Anderson Group (TAG) at ACRE has established itself as one of the highest volume apartment teams in Southern California.
Bill is a University of San Diego graduate and holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a Minor in Finance. In 2004, he earned a Master of Business degree from Macquarie University.
Bill lives in Cardiff by the Sea with his family.
