Matthew Brothers specializes in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties throughout the nation with a focus on San Diego County. Prior to joining ACRE in 2010, Matt established himself as a successful investment advisor at a large national brokerage firm.

For over 15 years, Matt has worked with his group to deliver the highest level of service, accountability, and expertise to both institutional and private clients. He prides himself on achieving optimal value for each investor by means of a national marketing platform combined with local market knowledge and unrivaled access to investors. With his ability to recognize rent, vacancy, and transaction trends, coupled with local and national social and economic factors, Matt helps clients make the most informed real estate decision possible based on timely and accurate information.

Matt is a University of California, Santa Barbara Dean’s Honor graduate and holds a BA in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting. Matt lives in Carlsbad with his wife and two sons. When not in the office, Matt can usually be found alongside friends and family on a sports field coaching and cheering on his boys.
